We are currently looking for BMS Project Managers to be based in our Liverpool and Leeds offices. You will oversee projects with a contract value of £5,000-£500,000 from start to finish and will ensure projects are delivered on time to a high quality.
Duties will include, but will not be limited to;
- Preparing description of operation, O&M Manuals, design of control panels
- Procurement of materials
- Management of sub contractors/suppliers
- Preparing I/O schedules, graphics and software in line with job requirements
- Management of accounts (awareness of costs & margins, invoicing and sub contractor accounts)
Knowledge of Trend, Tridium or Siemens systems will be an advantage.
